Job Description and Responsibilities

EVRAZ NA currently seeks a Senior Manager of Order to Cash (OTC) to join our growing team at our Calgary, Alberta location!  

The Senior Manager of Order to Cash (OTC), will manage operational performance, control and compliance of the Order to Cash (OTC) process. This includes driving and delivering process initiatives that streamline the OTC process and support project enhancements, including automation projects. Key accountabilities include building a strong working relationship with OTC stakeholders and partnering with multiple functions within the organization involved in the OTC process. The Senior Manager – OTC, will also take the lead on key initiatives with a heavy focus on invoicing, collections, standardization, and automation. This position will report to the Vice President of Finance.

The Senior Manager, OTC will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Identifying and tracking the root cause of service deficiencies and monitor activities executed for remediation.
  • Identifying and supporting implementation of process automation opportunities.
  • Leading the identification and implementation of improvements, including standardization and automation of processes.
  • Communicating, coordinating and incorporating organizational readiness.
  • Ensuring that related process activities and changes are consistent with the objectives of EVRAZ North America.
  • Leading the process design and communicating with process users.
  • Identifying gaps and issues that prohibit efficient and effective use of the business process to support business requirements across all constituencies.
  • Reviewing key performance indicators with management functions on a frequent basis.
  • Driving the team on the achievement of quality, accuracy and timely delivery of Order to Cash (OTC) services.
  • Ensuring the processes are efficient and in compliance by developing controls into the processes and owning the process controls
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Must have strong financial business acumen with at least four (4) to eight (8) years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) related function
  • Proven track record of delivery across all of OTC processes and knowledge of current best practices
  • Relevant shared service migration and operating experiences
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to work cross- functionally
  • Strong focus and commitment to process/ continuous improvement and internal customers
  • Ability to effectively multi-task with a high degree of planning and prioritization skills
  • High degree of problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and well under pressure
