Job Description and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to join our team located at our plant in Pueblo, Colorado.  As a Quality Supervisor you will Supervising, scheduling, authorizing pay and coordinating the Quality Assurance NDT Level I’s and II’s activities and training while ensuring a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with API and ISO specifications
  • Ordering, receiving and maintaining a necessary inventory of supplies
  • Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained
  • Generate necessary requisitions and obtain approvals
  • Maintain required records and coordinate Quality Assurance activities with Production employees and Supervisors



Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in related technical field or equivalent experience in the quality assurance process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong problem-solving and proven decision making skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of our organization and communicate professionally
  • Must have ability to work in a team environment with proven interpersonal skills
  • Takes initiative to identify areas that need improvement and propose and initiate solutions
  • Ability to multitask    

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years in a Quality Assurance role
  • Previous experience in non-destructive testing techniques including Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT), Ultrasonic Inspection (UT), and Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL)
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience with Oracle system
