Job Description and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Assistant to join our growing team, located in Pueblo, Colorado.  The Project Assistant updates, tracks, and specifically reports risk registered in the project and is involved in carrying out on­going project risk activities.  The Project Assistant will interface with project and functional teams.


  • Keeps the project risk record updated with identified risks across all project activities through organization of regular risk assessment sessions project and functional teams
  • Expedites implementation of appropriate and agreed risk mitigation actions against risks. Works with risk owners to put in place documentation for all controls and risk mitigation plans against very high risks
  • Reports risks and mitigations to project management and risk team
  • Collects and reports data to support generation of KPI’s for risk management

Job Requirements


  • Engineering degree with at least 3 years of experience in project execution and operations.
  • Familiar with and practice of current risk management techniques.
