Operations Support Coordinator

City: Regina / State: Saskatchewan

Job Description and Responsibilities

 

EVRAZ North America has an opening for an Operations Support Coordinator in Regina. This role supports the Operations team in coordinating timekeeping and workforce scheduling activities. 

  • Updating and maintaining the Tubular division work schedules for hourly employees in the payroll system, Kronos, as determined by Management
  • Provide support to Managers on usage of the Kronos system
  • Enforce and maintain all requirements for the Collective Agreement as it relates to scheduling, recalls, transfers, and other applicable areas
  • Track and prepare reports
  • Tracking and maintaining of employee training records
  • Provide information to employees on payroll and scheduling matters
  • Provide administrative support to Operations



 



Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma related to Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role with significant scheduling responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
