Job Description and Responsibilities

EVRAZ Inc. NA has an opening for an IT Systems Analyst at our Regina facility. This exciting manufacturing environment utilizes current IT technologies to deliver critical solutions to our corporate team across North America. The IT Systems Analyst role supports existing systems, as well as, designs and develops IT solutions to enhance current technologies. If you enjoy finding the right technical solution to fix a business issue, this role is for you!

  • Contribute your technical and professional skills in a team environment that works on applications
  • Integrated Client/Server environment
  • Variety of COTS and custom developed applications.
  • Innovation to design and develop customized process feedback



Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying applications within a Microsoft .NET environment
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science
  • Technical strengths in several of the following Microsoft technologies:
    • Visual Studio VB / C# / ASP.NET
    • Visual C++
    • SQL Server and Management Studio
    • SharePoint
    • SQL Reporting and Integration Services
    • Team Foundation Server
    • Power BI
    • GoAnyWhere MFT
  • Experience with these COTS systems is a plus
    • Kronos Workforce Central
    • Enablon
    • Workday
    • Oracle E-business Suite
  • Experience with both COTS and custom built applications is an asset
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player
