Job Description

We are seeking a HRIS Analyst to join our team. This role will be a key part of driving the successful implementation of our new, cloud-based HRIS application. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for supporting current HRIS applications: Ceridian HPL, Success Factors & Luceo. The role will also entail trouble shooting configuration issues, report writing, end user training, & project work.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to on-going HRIS projects include HRIS clean-up, file feeds & analytics development
  • Assists with the execution of system changes (updates, integrations, new configurations) during implementation
  • Participate in all aspects of system testing, training & documentation
  • Partners with Compensation team to leverage Success Factors during year-end evaluations, merit increase reviews & bonus calculation
  • Serves as a point of contact for Ceridian file feed & system issues
  • Produces reports for audits, ad-hoc requests and ongoing needs
  • Researches & responds to Success Factors issues, form requests & password resets
  • Provides guidance during Open Enrollment for Ceridian including Self Service set-up & testing, file feeds, benefit plan & rate creation

 



Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is required
  • 3 years' experience participating in HRIS implementation/or upgrades preferred
  • 5 years Ceridian set-up and reporting experience highly preferred
  • Success Factors, Kronos & SQL experience preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR is required
  • Ability to determine priorities in a changing environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel proficiency to include using pivot tables and v-look ups)
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detailed and customer service oriented
