Job Description and Responsibilities

 

EVRAZ NA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Research and Development (R&D) team in Regina. This new position will be responsible to coordinate and control technical literature and documentation as well as provide general administrative support to R&D management.

  • Maintain R&D library and literature subscriptions services
  • Create and maintain SharePoint site for distribution of internally generated data
  • Perform literature searches
  • Maintain training records
  • Ensure ISO documents are current
  • Administrative coordination for R&D safety committees, programs, operations and management meetings and tours
  • Preparation of claims for tax credit funding and coordinate information transfer to KPMG
  • Maintain management calendar and work with technical staff to coordinate maintenance and calibration schedules
  • Track time entry and identify incorrect entries
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration
  • Assist with data entry and assembly of weekly reports
  • Develop and maintain internal project and resource management tools and databases



 



Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Science or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years in a technical administration role, preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Very strong writing and editing skills
  • Highly organized and exceptional time management skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
