Job Description and Responsibilities

 

We are looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to work in the Environment and Safety area at Regina, to bring all of the existing stored safety documents into our records management system. This position is anticipated to be approximately 1 year, or until the project is complete.  
 



 



Job Requirements

 

• Minimum 2 years administrative experience 
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher applications required
• Solid independent judgment and initiative
• Professionalism and high integrity level
• Outstanding communication rapport 
• Highly organized
