Job Description and Responsibilities

 

EVRAZ Inc NA. is seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst focused in implementing and supporting the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.x and implementation of additional modules for various steel plants across locations in US and Canada. The qualified candidate must have worked in EBS Implementations in a manufacturing organization and also possess experience implementing Oracle Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, and other Financial and SCM modules that includes hands on configuration. Experience in Oracle EAM and knowledge of its integration with other modules in Oracle EBS for a manufacturing company is a plus.

  • Provide best practices and implementation expertise in various Oracle EBS modules in SCM and Finance area
  • Experienced to play a role as a functional person in configuration of various Oracle modules in the SCM and Finance areas
  • Experienced in working with end-users to understand and translate requirements and map them to the out-of-box functionality in Oracle EBS
  • Experienced in translating the business requirements to technical requirements and co-ordinate with technical teams to get the desired functionality implemented
  • Experienced in managing projects and programs across different locations concurrently
  • Provide scoping and estimation input to Business Managers



 



Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management or similar field
  • Minimum of 10+ years implementation experience in Oracle Supply Chain modules : Oracle Purchasing/i-Procurement, Oracle Projects, Oracle Inventory modules
  • At least 2 full cycle implementations related to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12+
  • Must possess experience enhancing/implementing/configuring both technically and functionally the Oracle EBS modules (specifically in the SCM and Finance areas) for companies in the manufacturing industry
  • Must possess good communication skill and demonstrated experience articulating solutions to the various stakeholders as this role involves discussions at various levels with business users and clients
  • Must be able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm solutions
  • Must have good technical knowledge and a strong understanding of technical architecture.
  • Must have experience in providing solutions that include CEMLIs and Reports
  • Demonstrated experience of gap analysis, functional flows, solution design, development of POC’s and conducting demonstrations of standard and customized solution sets.
  • Demonstrated clear understanding of Accounting and Finance impact on maintenance modules within Oracle EBS
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodology including the standard Oracle AIM approach
  • Familiarity with OUM, the recent Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation Methodology is a plus
  • Experience in various aspects of the implementation life cycle and demonstrated experience of a complete end-to-end implementation
  • Good functional experience and ability to independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices
  • Provide functional support in development and tuning of custom user queries
  • Ability to assist technical teams with troubleshooting SQL code, Oracle queries, failed interfaces and processes. 
  • Ability to travel during implementation and/or rollout to various EVRAZ locations (US and CANADA) without requiring visa sponsorship
